Are you pregnant and unsure of how to move this ever changing dynamic new body of yours? You can be sure that this program has been designed with current evidence in mind, giving you options for movement when you feel you can.
This program is of moderate to high intensity and can be adapted to suit your individual needs.
Current recommendations for movement in pregnancy is to move for 150 minutes at a moderate intensity per week. This includes strength, mobililty and conditioning based movements. This program incluses options for all three and recommendations of order of exercises, repetitions, addition of weights and intensity of conditioning. All of which are safe, designed by Physio Sam and recommended for your dynamic pregnant body.
