Who is it for?
Anyone who is interested in returning to running after a period of time off. That might be due to becoming a new parent, having an injury or maybe you have just never been a "runner".
It's for beginner runners. It's not for people who have been running non - stop their whole lives. BUT, if you have found yourself intimidated by returning to running... this is a great place to start.
What's included???
- A milestone based, run specific movement checklist - tick these boxes, feel good doing them and your body is most likely ready for it.
- A targeted mobility program for the typical aches and pains that arise with return to run - you do what feels good to you when it comes to mobility/stretching, but this is a good place to start.
- A milestone based graduated and progressive return to run program - the main event. This step by step milestone based program means you can progress at your own pace. There's a basic guide for how long it can take you but being milestone based means you have control.
As this program is generic in nature please ensure you seek the advice of your care provider to determine suitability to start the program if you are prior to 12 weeks postpartum or if you have any recent significant injuries.
